  • Why buy from Localbattery.com?

    • We are a family owned and family operated company. In addition, we sell millions of batteries yearly and rotate our stock very quickly, thus we can ensure long lasting fresh batteries! Fresh batteries equals longer battery life and more consistent performance.

  • Are all batteries now Mercury Free?

    • Yes, since many states and European Countries have banned mercury in batteries. Yet, the performance is the same or better than mercury containing batteries and it is much better for the environment.

  • For Hearing Aid Batteries, can we just peel the stickers off the batteries and immediately insert them into the hearing aids?

    • These batteries operate when air enters the battery and activates the battery. This whole process can take up to 5 minutes and the battery slowly comes up to operating voltage from it's lower voltage storage state. Thus, please allow at least 2 minutes for this to occur before inserting them into the hearing aids, for better consistency and longer battery life.

  • Do you accept returns?

    • Yes. We can accept return on the items including batteries and accessories, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Opened packs cannot be returned.

      If they are unopened, they can simply be mailed back to us for a credit at:

      There will be no refunds provided for shipping charges, including any actual shipping charges incurred by www.localbattery.com in shipping orders to the customer, including the "free shipping" option.
